- Tamar discovery (offshore Israel), second largest discovery in Noble Energy history at 9.5 TCF. This play opening discovery established a new industry exploration trend that has yielded multiple major discoveries. Tamar was the largest worldwide offshore gas discovery the year it was drilled.
- A leader in the exploration Risk & Resource assessment with 15 years experience in the field.
- Lead Geologist on Aseng development (offshore Equatorial Guinea). In charge of Plan of Development, pre-drill planning and all geologic operations for 17 wells drilled during development phase. Wells included appraisals, pilots, horizontal producers, high angle producers water injectors and gas injectors.
- Lead Geologist for appraisal and development of multiple major projects in West Africa (Alen, Yoyo-Yolanda, Diega, Carmen and Felicita).
- Managed 3 divestiture rounds of non-core assets. All sales resulted in multiple bids exceeding pre-sale expectations.
- Main Pass 305/306 redevelopment. Integrated remapping of what had been considered a dying field led to multiple recompletions, workovers and new wells drilled. These activities increased production 4-fold on a mature field while extending field life over 10 years and increasing reserves.
- High Island A-550 redevelopment. Increased production 10-fold thru late life development drilling. Production from new development wells maxed out platform production capabilities.
- Drilled 116 wells with an economic success rate of 86%.
- Proven oil finder, 780MMBOE net reserves discovered.
